1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Unique Foods, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Product Availability
All prices shown on the storefront are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable statutory GST. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels across our traditional batches, in rare instances of crop seasonal variation or high festive demand, item fulfillment may be delayed or replaced with customer agreement.
3. Food Quality & Consumption Guidance
Products manufactured and marketed by Unique Foods comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) standards under Central Registration No. 22426591000145. Products should be stored in cool, dry places away from moisture as indicated on individual standup pouch labels.
4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to purchases made through Unique Foods shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
