1. Perishable Food Safety Regulations
Under FSSAI hygiene standards and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, perishable consumables (such as health malts, country sugars, jaggery sweets, and traditional murukku) cannot be returned once delivered and opened, as we cannot safely restock ingested items.
However, we guarantee complete replacement or refund under any of the following valid conditions:
- Product delivered has passed its printed Best Before date.
- Inner foil seal or standup pouch was received torn or tampered with.
- Incorrect variant or quantity was fulfilled compared to your order invoice.
- Transit damage resulting in powder leakage or container fracture.
2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
- Take clear photos/video: Capture the parcel shipping label, outer box, and the affected product packaging.

- Instant review: Our quality assurance team will inspect the case within 4 business hours.
- Resolution: Upon validation, an immediate free replacement parcel is expedited or a full refund is initiated.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before it leaves our Tiruchirappalli warehouse for dispatch. Once handed over to the courier partner, an order cannot be canceled mid-transit, but you may refuse delivery if the outer carton is visibly damaged.
